John Shand

J. David Shand passed away on July 30th, after a short illness. He was born January 18th 1959, and raised in the Bronx. A few years after graduating from High school he moved to Vermont, where his parents had a summer home. He worked in the sheet metal trade for many years. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Agnes, and his older brother Charlie. David is survived by his wife Lynda, and daughter Racheal, his brother Robert, and sisters Karen, and Betsy, and many extended family. There will be no service at his request. The family wishes to thank UVM Home Health and Hospice nurses Lila, and Sarah, as well as McClure Miller Respite House, for their excellent care during his final days.
